Refund Policy:
No Refunds or Returns. Tickets bought during season may be used for every night except Halloween. Halloween prices are $35 + tax Regular and $45 + tax VIP those tickets have to be specific to that date because of pricing. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME SLOTS. YOUR TICKET IS GOOD FOR THE NIGHT YOU BOOKED AND ANY OTHER NIGHT BESIDES HALLOWEEN. See above and this. Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
